Commuter Express

• All tickets must be purchased prior to the departure day with the exception of the single journey and day return tickets, which are to be paid directly to the driver upon boarding the vehicle.

• All seats must be reserved at least 24 hours in advance.

• Commuters must be waiting at the pickup points at the precise time as the vehicle cannot wait for anyone and the booking will be lost. No refunds can be given.

• The pickup times specified at the time of booking are within a 3 minute window and it is the responsibility of the passengers to be ready. However in the unlikely event that the service is not running on time, you will be informed of any delay by text message as soon as it is known.

Pearl Tours

• A deposit of 50% of the quoted price is paid upon confirmation of the booking and the remainder must be paid no later than 14 days before departure.

• No alcohol or drugs are to be consumed on the vehicle and anyone considered unfit to travel will not be allowed to board.

• Drivers must take adequate breaks as dictated by the law for the safety of the passengers and the general public. As a rough guideline; for every 4.5 hours of driving, at least 45mins rest must be taken and one driver cannot drive for more than 10 hours a day. We can provide an extra driver if you require a lot of driving within any 24 hour period.

• To reduce driving time and cost, we ask you to make every effort to centralise the initial pickup point where possible at the start of your journey.
